I Spent $20 at Goodwill — Here’s What I Got!

A fun breakdown of everything I found during a $20 Goodwill challenge — including surprises, best deals, and what I plan to do with each item.

Last weekend I walked into Goodwill with one rule: don’t spend more than $20.
Honestly? I thought I’d walk out with one sad mug and maybe a T-shirt.
But NOPE — Goodwill came through!

Here’s everything I scored for only $19.87:

1. A Vintage Denim Jacket – $7.99
   Perfect wash, perfect fit. The kind of jacket that looks like it came straight out of a Pinterest outfit board.
2. A Ceramic Hand-painted Vase – $3.99
   Gave instant “boho chic” vibes. This is going on my living room shelf after a little cleaning.
3. Hardback Mystery Novel – $1.49
   Because every thrift trip deserves at least one book.
4. Wooden Serving Tray – $4.99
   This one is becoming a DIY project — sanding + painting = new life!
5. Cute Mug – $0.99
   Obviously.

I left Goodwill feeling like I won a mini lottery.
$20 well spent, and honestly, 10/10 recommend trying this challenge!
